As your local Connecticut Lenovo Authorized Warranty Provider, American IT Solutions, Inc. specializes in Lenovo Laptop & Desktop Repair services.

Once we validate your Lenovo claim, American IT Solutions, Inc. will facilitate the warranty repair process for you. We will source any required replacement parts directly from Lenovo. In the case of Depot Warranty – in most instances you are only required to bring your Lenovo system (Laptop or Desktop) to our service facility located in Hamden, CT where we will initiate the repair process. In some cases such as physical damage which is not covered by Lenovo Warranty, we will consult repair options with you prior to ordering any replacement parts.
