Although we do offer On-Site Assistance, virus removal generally needs to take place In-Shop so that we can connect the infected computer to our systems for proper removal. Also, virus scans can sometimes take hours to complete. With the computer In-Shop, our technicians can work on another computer while waiting for a virus scan to finish. This will help reduce your cost, as opposed to having to pay to have a technician wait for those scans to complete at your home.
