Title: Autonomy Product Architect
Location: South Windsor, CT
Pay Rate: Negotiable. Client wants to know current compensation and desired comp (hourly rate, or base plus bonus if applicable).
Managing, planning and administration of the operational and administrative activities of the Systems Architecture section. Plans and schedules the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of the corporate systems architecture including the applications, data, and infrastructure architectures and assures that this architecture is integrated with the business area architectures. May organize and control the activities of the section, may assign personnel to the various projects and may direct their activities.
You will act as lead architect involved in design, application design, code review also during project implementation delivery and production support lead for major CMS driven systems leveraging LiveSite Display Services/LiveSite Content Services, TeamSite and Digital Asset Manager (MediaBin) subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools and existing designs. Can also carry out Project Management duties related to CMS applications. Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit during requirements phase and IT management and staff at the highest technical level on all phases of application design and programming and processes for diverse development platforms (e.g. software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.). Provides end-to-end design and documentation for custom web applications/integrations of the HP Autonomy LiveSite Display Services, LiveSite Content Services, and TeamSite. Supports the delivery of web solutions. Understands overall web infrastructure architecture as well as TeamSite/LiveSite specific requirements. Analyses business and IT requirements and provides recommendation and design of infrastructure in support of the Autonomy tool suite. Provides tier 2 maintenance and production support to the existing and new web applications. Works with IT management and staff to identify application development solutions through integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives. A minimum of 5 years experience with Autonomy products and web application development, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
